Literature request - Dematiaceous Hyphomycetes

Dear all,

I am looking for part of book Ellis M.B., Dematiaceous Hyphomycetes, 1971. I only know that there is a description of Xylohypha nigrescens, but because I don't know the contents, I don't know exactly which page it is on. Could someone scan the relevant pages for me?
