Happy to have encountered Graphiola phoenicis
Stephen Martin Mifsud, 23-08-2022 19:48
Stephen Martin MifsudI have found this wonderful species on Phoenix cf dactylifera (or canariensis - specimen was not mature) dotted with white growths over the pinnae. A closer look with magnification revealed  Graphiola sp. and on palms I just ascribed the fungus as Graphiola phoenicis. If you have different ideas let me know. Specimens collected for any further examinations.

Hi Stephen,
I agree with you that this is Graphiola phoenicis. Nice one, even if it is not an ascomycete ;)
