I am searching for the protologue of

Aphanostigme lanuginis V.A.M. Mill. & Bonar, University of Calif. Publ. Bot. 19: 412 (1941)

The publication could not be located in the web, and there is no link to it in Index Fungorum.

A. lanuginis is a Dothideomycete on Garrya and I am interested because of the discomycete Harknessiella purpurea on Garrya leaves which was misidentified by a pyrenomycete which likewise grows on Garrya leaves and could be A. lanuginis.
