Yellow apothecia with white anchoring hyphae, in Salix caprea
Edvin Johannesen, 31-07-2021 12:42
Edvin JohannesenThese less than 1 mm apos were growing on Salix caprea bark.  White anchoring hyphae prominent. I do not find spores. The hymenium is a dense palisade of agglutinated asci (and paraphyses? - I am not able to distinguish paraphyses).  Ascus tips IKI- (there may be a very occult purplish Lugol reaction in the subhymenium - not sure). Are we in Orbiliaceae?
