Hello together,
does anyone know what that is, maybe Magnohelicospora fuscospora?? The conidia are light brown in color. The conidia have a size of 50 - 70 x 25 - 30 µ. The conidial filament measures 6 - 7 µ. The substrate is a pine cone from a stream.
Greetings Sven

Re : Magnohelicospora fuscospora?
Hi Sven,
Did you measure conidia in water, or dried on substrate ?
On your photos, conidia are relaxed in water.
20-50 x 17-25 + dried on substrate could give more than 50 x 25 + relaxed in water, and so your collection could be ok for M. fuscospora.

Re : Magnohelicospora fuscospora?
Hello Alain
you are right, I measured the spores in water. When dry, the spore size would match M. fuscospora wonderfully. Thank you for your help!
Greetings Sven
