Collected today? Are you sure with Populus? Looks a bit like Salix.
Clearly O. sarraziniana, look the spore orientation, also spore shape. Well documented!

Indeed, we have it in the mono not rarely in November.
The protruding ridges in the wood surface suggest Salix.
