Tiny black & hairy on Equisetum
Juuso Äikäs, 07-10-2020 20:41
This I photographed during past June in a moist place near the shoreline.

These three pics are everything that is left. Not much data, but maybe someone knows the genus or species?

Hairs up to 270 µm long.

Spores:

(20.6) 21.2 - 23.6 (24.4) × (2.5) 2.8 - 3.6 (4.1) µm
Q = (5.7) 6.3 - 8 (8.5) ; N = 10
Me = 22.5 × 3.2 µm ; Qe = 7.2

Thanks for the suggestion. Well that's all I can say, still utterly clueless :).

Same opinion. Also, most of the time, you need to know the host precisely.
