This is a Coccomyces and I would place it in C. tumidus based on the pics in my folders.

Now I remember where I saw this genre: a long time ago I was just browsing your disk and came across a Coccomyces folder. I looked for it for some time on Quercus leaves but then I forgot about it completely. I am glad that I finally found it and thanks to you my memory has been slightly refreshed :)
