Hi There
This is a Scutellinia cf subhirtella, located on decaying wood with moss. The spores measure (on average) 19.2 x 13.6 microns, decorated with isolated warts. The paraffis are are forked and the marginal hairs measure 150-450 microns and with a forked or trifurcated base.
