On herbaceous stems like Urtica dioica, Arctium etc.Lower surface with rhizoids.
Spores- 27.5 × 16um (maximum 33um long), appendage 20um in immature spores while reaches up to 60um in mature spores.
Spore color : colorless, then army green, then brownish.
Asci usually cyllindrical but many clavate 180-230 um × 18-30um.

Hi, this isn't an Arnium, I think Schizothecium/ Podospora squamulosum.

Schizothecium squamulosum seems a perfect fit. (BTW I didn't say it is Arnium but wanted a suggestion on the key for that genus, I will make a separate post then)
