Can anyone provide a copy of the following:
Keys to the genera of amerospored and didymospored pyrenomycetes /? from J. A. von Arx &? E. Mu?ller; translated into English by G. B. Butterfill.
And/or the original German language work (von Arx and Muller), on which the English key is based. I am sorry to say that Munk, Ellis & Ellis and Dennis are not doing the trick for me.
