Nr.2 Unknown asco on Rhizophora mangle leaf

here is another asco on Rhizophora mangle leaf, that i can't determine.
I find this asco in the tropical greenhouse of the botanical garden Bochum.
The asci showed no reaction in Lugol.
Any idea what this could be ?
