Spiny cups on Abies bark

Does anyone know what these are?  The spores are hyaline, 8/ascus, mostly 1-septate, and 5 averaged 11.1 x 4.0 microns.  The setae on the ascomata are about 50 microns long.  It was found on the bark of a dead Abies lasiocarpa krummholz in USA, Washington, on Mt Baker.
