Bonsoir à toutes et tous,J'ai trouvé récemment Pyronema domesticum sur place à feu. Je m'étonne de voir des guttules dans les spores alors que cela ne devrait pas être trop le cas.
Est-ce qu'avoir conservé l'échantillon au frigo pendant plusieurs jours avant de l'avoir examiné pourrait expliquer ce phénomène ?

I think, that this is P. domestica, it is on the typical substrate.

to me it looks more like an early stage of germination, not true lipid bodies.
