Bonjour,
Récolté il y a quelques jours sur bois pourri d'Abies.
Colonie de petits disco blancs hyalins, coniques 0,3 x 0,3 mm, non stipités, à marge poilue.
Asques 6,3-7,4 x 50-54µ à extrémité J+ au Melzer.
Spores lisses non septées +/- 3,2 x 9,9µ.
Présence d'éléments filiformes ramifiés, et d'autres éléments lancéolés 3,3 x 50µ dépassant largement les asques.
J'ai d'abord pensé à Dasyscyphus virgineus mais ... sur abies ? et puis trop petit.
Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider ?

Hair shape could recall a Hyaloscypha, but the hairs should be photographed with oil immersion.

Hi Zotto, thanks for your advice.
I made some other micros :
- Textura prismatica (x 600 in red Congo),
- Hairs (x 1000 in oil immersion). The longest ones are 3,4 x 64 µ, without septa, and thin walled.
I hope it is suffisant for determination ...

Could be Hyaloscypha aureliella. In water the hairs should have yellow or hyaline lumpy exudate around their narrower part, which dispapears in reagents.

I tried micros in water and oil immersion.
I did'nt succed in obtening a good image, but we gess some hyaline granules on the central goup of 3 hairs (is it this?).
In this case young Hyaloscypha aureliella would be suitable ?

I am sorry, it looks unfamiliar to me. For a better idea also spores in water under oil immersion would be helpful, and the ascus base for croziers.

Woww! very good, the spores and their content would quite well fit H. aureliella, as do the very clear croziers, and the macro-appearance. So I only miss the resin.
