Found by Laurens van der Linde, Febr./March 2019, on Populus.
Could this be Diaporthe eres?
Sporesizes: 13.6-13.9-14.2-15.6-15.6-16.0-16.2(-17.7) x 3.1-3.6-3.8-4.1-4.1-4.3-4.5 µm

this would certainly fall within the broad concept of Diaporthe eres. By a strange coincidence I am working on a project which is dealing with Diaporthe at the moment. It is not a straightfoward project ;-)
