macroscopically this looks much like Chaetosphaerella phaeostroma.
The single spore (is it an ascospore?) could fit, too (but are a bit short) - 3 septa, end cells hyaline.

In the description in Fungi and Lichens of Great Britain and Ireland tha size of the ascospore is (22-) 31-36 x 6-9 my and the form is exactly like my picture, so your determination is right, I think. Thank you.
