Found in rotten twig of Quercus ilex, probably. Forest with Quercus ilex and Pinus halepensis.

Oh, this I cannot say. Your photos do not show the hairs. Also it is unclear if croziers are present.
Your hymenium photo is probably in water, so the paraphyses seem to be eguttulate and the apothcia do nt redden.
