Enrique RubioHi again
I'd like to know your opinion on this fungus with superficial, scattered, brownish black, hemisphaeric thyriothecia, 125-150 microns in diam. with a surface composed of intricately interlocked dark brown cells. growing on the periderm of Rosa twigs at 1000 m of altitude.
The hyaline ascospores are bicellular, dimorphic and easily fragmenting. Asci bitunicate.
I think it may belong to the genus Microthyriella, but I don't know of any species that fit my collection well.
What do you think?
Thanks again
Enrique
