Hello,

found in a rivulet in 1100 m on submerge branch of Acer pseudoplatanus.

macroscopically like a tiny detoriated Mollisia

The excipulum is a textura angularis hyaline to ochraceous.

Paraphyses cylindrical, 2-2,5 µm broad, septate, without any content

Asci appr. 9ß x 13 µm, pore IKI deep blue

Spores ovoid to ellipsoid, appr. 14,5 x 7,5 µm, with two (rarely three) big guttules and some tiny ones

Does anyone has an idea where I shall start with determination?

Would be important to have mature spores. And a section of the excipulum could also give a hint. How large are the apos?

Hello Zotto,

I try in the afternoon, I kept some material in water and hopefully is still alive then.

The collection was very scanty, only four or five apothecia. The one I examined was very tiny, may be 0,2 mm in Diameter. The others are slightly bigger, 0,3-0,5 mm may be.

best,

Andreas
