I am looking for the following work by Kohlmeyer, Jan published in Beihefte zur Nova Hedwigia, vol 4 in 1962:
Index Alphabeticus Klotzschii et rabenhorstii Herbarii Mycologici

The pages I am interested in are 60-64. A scan of these pages would be appreciated.

I am looking for this work instead of
Rabenhorst Fungi Europaei Exsiccati, new edition Cent. 12, which apparently are collections. If anyone has access I would appreciate a scan for collection 1155 Discosia laurina Caldesi.
