Slovenia,amsl 1600m, unless different coloring (compared to stone) one could not spot anything. Scratching off has no reults. 'Stone hard', roundish structures.
Toninia opuntioides
looks somehow similar, but I'm not certain at all.

Microscopical features would be well.
