Bonsoir à tous,Un Hymenoscyphus sur feuilles de Populus tremula.
Diamètre jusqu'à 1,2 mm, le stipe mesure 1,5 µm.
Spores 17-20 x 3-4 µm, à nombreuses guttules.
Asques octosporées bisériées, 80 x 9 µm, crochets+, à sommet amyloïde (deux traits bleus).
Paraphyses 1,5-2 µm de large, cylindriques.
Je pensais à H. immutabilis mais les spores ne conviennent pas.

Oui pour moi, Andgelo, sachant qu'il s'agit peut être d'un complexe vu le nombre de supports sur lesquels on est tentés de l'y trouver.

Yes, Michel, this is a complex theme. The rather narrow spores and large guttules could point to H. albopunctus, but this and H. caudatus lack croziers.
Andgelo, how sure are you with this feature? Your photo shows an ascus base which could have two septa, but this is not very clear.

yes, it rules out these species which lack croziers in the type material according to White ~1944.
I have a folder called "caudatus H+ central Europe" which includes the documented and rare collections with croziers, but differ among each other in spore shape and guttulation. I think yours fits best a sample from Thüringen on Qiercus leaf: Hymenoscyphus-albopunctus-cf-(crz+)-160811
