Pleosporales on Achillea
Mlcoch Patrik, 01-07-2017 20:31
Mlcoch PatrikHello to everyone,
I don´t know, what is it. I thought, that it is something from the genus Paraconiothyrium, Paraphaeosphaeria or Leptosphaeria (in this case L. coniothyrium=Paraconiothyrium fuckelii), but doesn´t fit microscopic structures.
Pseudothecium hemisphaerical, 200 - 280 um, asci cylindrical, 8-spore, 80 - 112 x 9,4 - 11 um, spore 3- septate, secound cell slightly enlarged, (13,5)14,5 - 16 x 5,2 - 6,5(7,5) um, Q= 2,4.
On dead steams of the Achillea millefolium x hybrida on our garden.
Please about determinate, thank you.
