Bonjour à tous,Sur Reynoutria japonica. Apothécies faiblement stipitées puis subsessiles.
Spores 6,5-8,5 x 1,5-2 µm, elliptiques allongées avec une extrémité plus large que l'autre, avec de petites gouttes aux extrémités.
Asques 40-50 x 4-4,5 µm, octosporées, avec crochets.
Paraphyses plus longues que les asques, lancéolées, 65-70 x 4-5 µm
Poils entièrement granuleux, cylindriques et parfois un peu renflés au sommet, septés, 60-70 x 4-5 µm. Pas vu de cristaux.
Je pense à un Lachnum, ensuite je suis perdu (--+)..

I have a Lachnum reynoutriae ined., but that is sans crochet.
Without microphotos difficult to decide.
I assume the paraphyses and hairs do not contain distinct VBs (many refractive guttules), but this needs to be clarify on living cells.

Et bien et faisant une nouvelle préparation, je ne trouve aucun crochet après passage au congo !
J'ai du confondre avec une très jeune asque...
Voici des clichés (moches)... Je ne vois pas de VBs distinct... Lachnum reynoutriae pourrait tenir la route ?

The central paraphysis is good as it is alive, and yes: no VBs.
So without croziers L. reynoutriae is quite probable.
