I fear you need to provide more information than that. What's the size of these things? Are they soft or rather tough? How do they look in section? What does the black crust look like under the microscope? My initial thought was that they might be sclerotia but I certainly could be wrong...

Thank you for your remarks or ideas.
I'll give more informations and I'll do a section this evening but the size is around 2 mm and this thing is soft, completely white inside.
