Hysterothecia black, ellipsoid, 0,4-2 X 0,2-0,5 mm. clustered, forming numerous groups.Asci cylindrical 140-200 X 15-20 micrometers, with uniseriate ascospores.
Ascospores ellipsoidal or obovoid, with obtuse ends constricted at the primary septum, 3-7 transverse septa and 1-2 longitudinal septum, 20-30 X 10-14 micrometers.
On lignified stems of Hedera helix
