Hallo,

Does anyone, by chance, possess a pdf of Arx/Guarro/Figueras, The genus Chaetomium (Beihefte Nova Hedwigia 84, 1986)?

Kind regards

Re : Chaetomium

Re : Chaetomium
You should be cautious when using the von Arx revisiion, which is the product of bad lumping. Modern taxonomy of Chaetomium with a refined species concept is found in X.W. Wang et al., Persoonia 37: 83-133, 2016. You can freely download it. From there you can also trace some other recent papers with similar approaches to other groups of the genus.
Unfortunately a quite reliiable identification will also require a molecular analysis.

Thanks a lot, Walter, for the tip!
