Bonsoir à tous,Cet après-midi, j'ai récolté ce Scutellinia sur branche complètement pourrie et imbibée de saule cf. cendré reposant sur la vase en bordure de lac.
a) poils longs au maximum de 700 µ, à base généralement simple, parfois bifide
b) spores elliptiques, apparemment sans ornementation dans le bleu coton chauffé : 21-23x12-14
Je pense à Scutellinia nigrohirtula.
Quel est votre avis ?

no, s. nigrohirtula has very dense, black, short hairs. i would look for subhirtella here, but without spore-ornamentation theres no way ...

Effectivement, comme le remarque Dirkw les poils sont un peu courts et peu fournis pour S.nigrohirtula; sur ta photo dans le bleu les spores semblent également plutôt étroites pour nigrohirtula. S'il te reste du matériel, pourais tu refaire une préparation dans le bleu pour mieux voir l'ornementation ?

J'ai déjà fait une observation dans le bleu coton (et chauffé encore…)mais n'ai vu absolument aucune ornementation. À mon avis les spores ne sont pas mûres. J'espère que quelques jours au frigo seront suffisants…

pour observer l'ornementation des spores de Scutellinia il est impératif d'obtenir un sporée et d'observer cette sporée dans le BC. Inutile de chauffer immédiatement, le chauffage doit être produit dans un second temps une fois l'ornementation observée.

As the others have said without the ornamentation it is impossible to be sure but the microscopic detail is a pretty good fit for S subhirtella.
