why not Tulasnella violea? Or have you studied it in detail? (looks too smooth and flat for Helicobasidium) -but, nevertheless, not an ascomycote :-)

About the lichen, informations are lacking.
Is it stipitate ?
Perhaps could you search around Caliciales ?
