Bonjour à tousJ'ai récolté, sur excrément d'herbivore non déterminé un champignon que je pense être un ascobolus.
J'hésite entre ascobolus immersus et Ascobolus bistisii.
Asque dans le rouge congo et spores dans le bleu lactique
Qui peut m'aider ?

I only know Ascobolus immersus; but looking at the protologue for A. bistisii (in Nova Hedwigia 10: 347), one of the distinguishing characters is:
"Ascosporas elipsoidales con los polos obtusos a subcilindricas" . . . . A. immersus
"Ascosporas elipsoidales alargadas con los polos agudos" . . . . . . . . A. bistisii
with those blunt-ended ascospores your fungus is (in my opinion) typical A. immersus
