Yes, undoubtedly. And I see I did not know the fungus well, because I wondered about the curved paraphyses with many VB-guttules. The conidia are also o.k.

Quite easy: they are the same, and the most upto date version is Calloria urticae (after the new rules of 1 fungus 1 name), from the anamorph Cylindrocolla urticae.

Just a nomenclatural remark: it seems there exists (after Mycobank) Calloria urticae J. Schröt. (1893). If this name is valid, the combination proposed by K. Seifert is illegitimate.

Effectivement Nicolas, j'allais justement envoyer un message à ce sujet.
La nouvelle combinaison proposée par Seifert 2004 in Johnston et al, IMA Fungus 5(1) : 96 est superflue car elle avait déjà été réalisée par Schröter 1885 in Cohn, Kryptogamen-Flora von Schlesien 3(2) : 121 avec une erreur pour la date du basionyme citée "Persoon 1861: Tremella U." au lieu de 1801. Je ne pense pas que cette erreur typographique soit invalidante.

Yes, I think this is true. Here the Melbourne Code:
41.3. Before 1 January 1953 an indirect reference (see Art. 38.14) to a basionym or replaced synonym is sufficient for valid publication of a new combination, name at new rank, or replacement name. Thus, errors in the citation of the basionym or replaced synonym, or in author citation (Art. 46), do not affect valid publication of such names.
