Yes, this is hyaline textura prismatica, and it is surely something of Hyaloscyphaceae, perhaps a Hyaloscypha, of which not every species must have such tapered hairs.
Anyway, difficut to identify. Needs at least to know the croziers/simple septa, anyhow I feel quite unable with many of this group.
