Sclerotinia minor has four sporal nuclei while S. sclerotiorum has two nuclei. In your spores I guess two nuclei.

I see that species maybe associated with Anemone sp., almost always was next to these plants. Ascocarps diameter 0,8-1,2 cm, stipe 1,0-2,0 cm.
