Hi,Collected on Marchantia polymorpha:
Apothecia subsessile, 2,5-3,5 mm diam., disc flat, yellowish orange, outer surface slightly paler, margin with inconspicuous hyaline hairs. Asci operculate, cylindrical-clavate, IKI-, biseriate 8-spored, e.g. 260-285x27-29 µm.Spores ellipsoid to ovoid, (25)31-34x15-18(20) µm, smooth, hyaline, guttulate, most probably with 1-2 large LBs but disturbed by frost. Several misshapen spores due to frost.Paraphyses 4 µm diam., branched, tip clavate and 9-12(15) µm diam., with pale orange granular content.Ectal excipulum of thick-walled, hyaline textura globulosa-angularis, covered with hyaline, thick-walled hairs, 0-3-septate, 65-135x13 µm.
This is probably a Neottiella but I do not know any species with such large spores.
Any help is welcome.

reminds me of Octosporopsis nicolai (see the latest issue of Zeitschrift für Mykologie). I'm sure people who know this species well will respond.

Ces dernières années, elle est passée de Neottiella nicolai à Kotlabaea nicolai et très récemment un genre spécial a été créé pour cette espèce : Octosporopsis.
pousse en principe sur l'hépatique Lunularia cruciata.

Oui, substrat atypique. Dans toute la litterature que je possède, Octosporopsis nicolai est signalée sur Lunularia cruciata et jamais sur Marchantia.
Je n'ai personnellement jamais récolté cette espèce (Lunularia absente chez moi mais Marchantia polymorpha présente).
Ca vaudrait le coup de vérifier l'hépatique car c'est très surprenant
