Dear Fernando,
there is a lot of literature about staining of fungal tissue. Here are some books in German language:
A. Meixner, Chemische Farbreaktionen von Pilzen, Vaduz (Cramer) 1975
B. Erb & W. Mattheis, Pilzmikroskopie, Stuttgart (Kosmos) 1983
or recently
H. Clémençon, Großpilze im Mikroskop (Beih. Z. Mykol. 12) 2012.
I am sure other forists will know publications in other languages.
And don't forget:
