Myriangiales?
Masanori Kutsuna, 04-03-2014 05:24
Hello everyone,
I found these fungi in Japan, last week.

Stroma on (immature?) involucres of scales of Quercus variabilis, black, corky.
Asci developed in multi-layers under the surface, ellipsoidal, 11.4-19x26-43 microns, thick-walled, 8-spored, endoasci sometimes expand.
Ascospores hyaline, 2-celled, 5.7-7.1x14.2-17.2 microns.

I think it is some of Myriangiales ...
Any ideas?
