Unknown red and white asco
Edit Szilvásy, 02-03-2014 19:05
Edit SzilvásyHello everybody,
Yesterday I found this Ascomycetes. Fruit body up to 1 mm.
Disc: at the top 2 large pinkish - yelowish, others white - red.
Substrat: decidious wood it is likely beech.
I tried to find spores, but failed.

Any ideas what it is?
Thanks: Edit

Re : Unknown red and white asco
The hairs look like from a Dasyscyphella such as D. nivea.

Re : Unknown red and white asco
This red color change is actually typical of the species (or perhaps genus)
