I need your help with a Pyrenomycet on Rubus.
Perethecia 0,2 mm, Spores hyalin, becoming 1-septate, with two big oildrops on each end and many small? oildrops around them (11-13) 11,75 x 4,25 (4-5) µm, allantoid. Asci iodine reaktion blue, 43-49x8 µm, biseriat, Paraphyses cylindric to clavate, 2 µm wide on top?, apikal they stick together with a light brown mass.

Hi Maren

I am not even sure what order this is.  The apical rings look helotialean, the paraphyses in gel perhaps more ostropalean. Are the ascomata really perithecioid? Did you try a  median section with a razor blade?

Hi Zotto,
you are right :). I tricked myself, it is not a pyrenomycet but a fungus of the Naevioideae. I put the twig in water and it appeared. Now I'm searching for the genera. It might be Laetinaevia sp. but I didn't find a match so far. I have to check on the textura.
