Trouvé au sol sur feuilles mortes de Popolus tremula quelques apothécies bruns, stiptitées, 5-7mm de diamètre. Spores lisses, 11-14/4.5-5, Asques 120/7.5, +J.

Ciborinia pseudobifrons would be an option. But the spores should be binucleate, what I feel is not the case in your specimen. Could you stain with IKI for better seeing the nuclei? Also a fine transversal striation of the spore wall is typical of that species.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Antwort. Wie empfohlen, habe ich ein Präperat gemacht, sehe jedoch weder zweitropfige Sporen noch weder traversale Streifen.

die Zellkerne sieht man generell nur sehr schwach, aber man kann das mit Lugol deutliche rmachen. Auf den zwei unteren linken Sporen kann man einen zentralen Kern erahnen (heller Bereich, etwa 3 µm Durchmesser), wie ich meine. Dann wäre es wohl eher keine Ciborinia pseudobifrons.

I attach a picture showing binucleated spores and how is the faint ornamentation in this species. But I agree that your species seems not having two nuclei inside spores.

Die Sporen haben, wie Sie vermuteten, nur einen Tropfen. Anbei noch ein Foto mit einem Schnitt durch den Fruchtkörper. Danke für Ihre Hilfe.
