Disco on Abies
Stefan Blaser, 05-05-2013 13:15
Hello everybody

Who can give me some enlightenment on this disco:

Substrate: Twig of Abies alba

Macro: Apothecia, up to 1.2 mm diam., nearly black, at first closed , then tearing up. With a frayed, membranaceous margin.

Micro: Asci about 110x10 µm, IKI-, Melzer-, Spores hyaline, 40-61 x 2.5-3.2 µm, nearly always 7 septate (once 8 sept.), paraphyses about 2 µm diameter, acuminate. Excipulum consisting of dark brown, mostly globose, cells. See also photos.

Thanks for any help

Stefan

Hallo Zotto

Besten Dank für deine identifikation. Doch, die dürfte noch ziemlich vital sein. Hier noch Fotos in Wasser.
