Merci.

Re:Podospora-Dans les excréments de chien.
Hello Pablo,
Nice pictures!
This looks more like Sordaria fimicola to me. Are you sure the spores have a second hyaline cell? If it is S. fimicola the spores will be unicellular and surrounded by a gelatinous envelope. This may be visible in your third photograph.
Dog dung may be an unlikely place to find a species of Podospora. Species of Podospora are usually dispersed to vegetation where they can be eaten by herbivores. Carnivore dung is more likely to have insect-dispersed fungi like Sphaeronaemella, Chaetomium, Graphium, etc. However, dogs eat some grass and will sometimes have fungi like Podospora. Your Sordaria is probably one of these cases.
Dave

Pablo,

This is clearly a species of Sordaria. Dave is right that Podospora probably not present in dog feces. The related genus Schizothecium, especially Sch. tarasporum already. Because of the way I would define myself but not 100%. For this we need the width of the spores and the assessment of the gelatinous envelope. Probably it is more of Sordaria humana, because this species has a wide host range.

Re:Dans les excréments de chien
What is it? the assessment of the gelatinous envelope.
Sorry for not giving the width, Spores 20-23 X 15-17 microns
The measures are more akin to Sordaria humana.

Hi Peter,
Ok, Thanks,
If I observe in my spores the gelantinous perisporium.
