I am quite sure that nobody has a pdf of this useful work. I have a xerox copy since a long time, but I know that many miss this work.
So a pdf yould be very helpful. Does anybody do this time-consuming work?
By the way, I recently scanned Svrcek 1985, Species of Helotium described by Velenovsky. This booklet has a rather incomplete numbering/naming and reference of the plates, which I completed in my version. If anybody needs this, I will send it (I have it as JPG).

Hi Zotto,
perhaps I can help, but I do not know what a "xerox copy" is...

Well.. Yes.. this is something from the stoneage... ;-) Your question remembers me to students of us refusing to use literature written in "Frakture"-letters.
No just joking. Xerox was the major company comming up with copy-machines. Thus a "Xerox" was synonyme for a long time for a photocopy.
Cheers,
Martin
