Not sure about the genus for this fungus. The tiny ascomata sit on a reddened surface although I can't tell for sure if this fungus is actually the cause for that staining. The ascospores are hyaline, smooth, 3-septate, and measure about 39,7-42,6 x 10,2-13,1 µm. The asci are bitunicate and 8-spored. The ascomatal wall consists of pale brown, roundish cells. The hamathecium seems to consist of cellular pseudoparaphyses. Again I would be happy for your help!
