On the bark of a trunk of  Abies alba died knocked down in the soil, in abetal shady.

Peritecios more or less erumpentes, of 0,5-3 mm of diameter, subestipitados, in the shape of glass or irregular. Bark coriácea of aspect furfuráceo
Ascas ostospóricas of (122 126.9) - 154.9 (156.4) × (17.5 18.6) - 25.5 (27.4) µm, with end apical truncated. Ascosporas of (27.1 35.3) - 39.8 (40.5) × (9.6 10) - 12.3 (13.7) µm, included the bundle hialino thick(bulky). Interior blocked transversely.

I think it is Triblidiopsis pinastri; substratum should be Picea (and it looks like Picea bark to me).
