where have you been seeking for a description? This is an interesting collection, and I am not able to tell you a name which I am happy about. You should try a median section and look for the margin if it is completely without any hair-like outgrowths. The microscopy recalls Orbilia carpoboloides (= Habrostictis rubra), but the substrate would be unusual and especially the margin should be distinctly fringed.
Also please look for contents in the living excipular cells .

I'm quite bad at making sections but I tried to do some. The spores of O. carpoboloides would seem to fit quite well both in shape and size. I tried to search for paraphyses with mammiform tips (which would apparently be typical for that species) but didn't find any.

Indeed this looks like hairs. In the excipular cells and also paraphyses I do not see the SCBs typical of carpoboloides. You are no able to photograph an apothecium at higher resolution in order to see if the margin is smooth or not?
Keep a herbarium specimen, maybe someone is interested.

although I do not want to discuss this species in the monograph I would be glad to note the collection data (date, locality, ...). Do you keep a herbarium?

I can certainly provide the data (I don't have it at hand at the moment, I can send an email a bit later). I could also post a sample if you'd be interested. I don't have a proper herbarium, just some samples in sealable plastic bags in a drawer.

Thanks. I have actually no time and at present no reson to study it, the finished monograph does not permit any further expansion. Maybe someone else is interested. A sequence would certianly be interesting.

For completion: The sequence that Guy gained just mow falls unmistakably to Orbilia obtusispora, which would fit in the spore characteristics.
