Hi Savic,
Phoma or Phomopsis. Is there a subiculum (layer of brown hyphae below the pycnidia)? Could you check the conidia's and take their size in water? Still look if there's only one type of conidia or two.

Alas I will have too little time. Definitely Phoma or maybe Phomopsis sp. Phomopsis is under revision currently.
