The Pycnopeziza pachyderma is on page 276 (this is what I posted above).

It opens with a menu on left side, and a pdf viewer on the right. In the left window on the top is PDF icon to download the whole thing or only selected pages / chapters.

the work is out of stock, as far as I know. I am not at home at the moment. In some days, I can look if I have the books double, so that I can help you. But I am not sure ...
By the way, there is another similar work of mine, in Regensburger Mykologische Schriften 12 - about the Rhön mountains. This work can be bought still.
