Yes, this looks like Lanzia (or I prefer Rutstroemia) firma. Spores should get 3 septa when germinating, however. Betula is an unusual substrate for me, usually it is Quercus . But there exist different very similar species, which are not yet clarified, e.g. on Alnus.
