From New York City on a branch of hardwood found on the ground.  Small black clusters of perithecia with a bulge/beak at the apex, pyriform.  Asci 150-200 by 15 - 25µm, IKI-.  Spores hyaline, 27-28 by 10-13.5µm, ellipsoid when fully mature, thick walled but appearing at times narrower, septate and with acute ends.  Does this look familiar to anyone?  Thank you in advance!
